——Design
A simple and broadly applicable form of solid-liquid extraction entails combining the solid with a solvent in which the analyte is soluble. Through agitation, the analyte partitions into the liquid phase, which may then be separated from the solid through filtration.
Extracting tank is applied to water extraction, soaking extraction, reflux extraction, extracting aroma oil, recovery of organic solvent and etc, working under atmospheric pressure and micro-pressure, is efficient in performance and easy to operate.
——Operation process
The feed liquid and extractant enter the mixing chamber through separate feed inlet, the mixed mass transfer is realized by stirring, it enters the clarifying chamber through the overflow baffle, the natural separation is realized by gravity. Finally, they enter into different outlets and the extraction process is completed. In the practical production, the extraction tank is generally connected in plural serial stage, and many sections such as reverse extraction section, washing section, and regeneration section, etc. were setup.
——Particular features
Suitable for food, chemical industry, atmospheric, decoction, wet leaching, heat reflux, forced circulation penetration, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery, especiallly for Dynamic extraction or countercurrent extraction, short time and high content of material.
Suitable for dynamic extraction of tea, herbs and other plant leaves with water as solvent medium.
